Host is helpful and warm. Neighbourhood is clean and quiet. Easy walk to city centre, and from there to old town (but plenty of steps). Plenty of small shops around the area. Parking is fine if one find a spot earlier in evening.

The direct parking in front of apartment is very narrow, suitable only for small car, and then only if parked along the wider section along the road.
