Villa Vittorio

Very attentive owner—he arrived in 3 minutes with keys. Easy to communicate with. Lots of space in home and while it easily sleeps 5 or 6, it is great for couples since two of the bedrooms plus a full bath are upstairs. Main floor has everything a couple needs without being lost in a big home. Good kitchen. Great garden plus raised terrace. Quiet neighborhood. Necessary services ( grocery…) a quick drive away. Very good value. Near Ostia Antica or a short commute to the beach.

The house was very good on a great location. It's spacious, the facilities are clean and the host is very friendly

House Very spacious, kept nice and clean. Coffee and water and some welcome gifts where a plus. Check-in was very easy. We did not see the host because the house was opened remotely. Very quiet area.

Since it was a big house heating was not sufficient and it was a little cold in the living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms where fine. The rest was all fine.

A spacious, well equipped, and well maintained villa with a nice garden. Vittorio, the owner, was kind and attentive.

Kitchen well equipped and so clean and new. Esspresso machine, and a big fridge, lots of plates/glasses and pots and pans. Beautiful dining table(we didnt need to use it) Huge main bathroom on main floor. Master bedroom on main floor; Bed mattress is super comfortable, it is super clean, cozy, well thought out and their is a nice ensuite with a shower!

Location was where were needed to be. Close to get to the beach /Ostia area and not to far for downtown Rome. TV with all the channels (like home) Gettoni soccer table was fun to have too! Vittorio is a fantastic Host-answered all our questions, was available - by just a call. Vittorio even had breakfast things for us, such a nice warm touch!!

Excellent value for money. Attentive and responsive owner, always in touch, gives recommendations.

The host, Vittorio, was exceptionally kind -- it was so nice to have juice, milk, and breakfast pastries available since we arrived somewhat late in the evening. The property was immaculate.
