Schöne Aussicht, großzügige Terrasse.

Es war sehr dreckig, in den Ecken hat es Spinnweben und überall tote Insekten. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war mangelhaft und die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig und die Lampen funktionierten teilweise nicht.

The terrace with a stunning lake view was the best part – very comfortable to spend evenings there. The apartment is well equipped and has covered parking, but it’s located high up and far from shops, so a car is needed.

One bedroom has no windows, only a door outside. The air conditioning didn’t work well, and it was over 30°C inside even at night, making sleep almost impossible. Cleaning was superficial, with cobwebs in the corners. Great view, but overall disappointing stay. Rating: 5/10.

Brud, pająki, pajęczyny, brak kontaktu i kluczowych odpowiedzi na pytania do zarządzającego obiektem. Brak suszarki, żelazka (pomimo wcześniejszego ustalenia, że ma być), brak naczyń dla piątej osoby, brak miejsca na rzeczy dla piątej osoby, pod łóżkiem leżała czyjaś skarpetka. Na miejscu wyglądało jakby ktoś włamał się do mieszkania, gdyż klucz nie był w skrzynce lecz skrzynka była otwarta, a klucz włożony w drzwi i światła zapalone. Grzyb w kabinie prysznicowej, nie działającą roleta zasłaniająca drzwi wejściowe. Na dole koło miejsca parkingowego był ogromny bałagan, magazyn różnych starych rzeczy. Widać, że ktoś już dawno to miejsce zostawił i oddał do zarządzania firmie HappyRentals, która totalnie nie interesuje się niczym. Nie są w stanie nawet dobrze posprzątać, a w rachunku jest napisane dosłownie „Service: 220 euro”. Z pewnością będziemy domagać się zwrotu większości środków wydanych na to miejsce, gdyż oferta ta była jednym wielkim kłamstwem.

We stayed at Casa Panorama and had mixed feelings about the experience. The location itself is fantastic offering a beautiful lake view and great access to nearby towns. It’s less than a 6 min drive to the center of Limone sul Garda and around 10–15 min to Riva del Garda. However, the property had several drawbacks that made our stay less comfortable. The air conditioning was very poor and struggled to cool the room. It was also quite noisy and didn’t have a good sleep at all, so we had to rely on a fan that was provided. Cleanliness was also below expectations. There were spider webs in many corners, which might be somewhat understandable given the mountain location and surrounding greenery but still, a higher cleaning standard is expected. We also faced several inconveniences. The kitchen was not properly equipped and essential items like spoons and knives were missing, and most of the utensils and pots were old. Instructions for things like WiFi were unclear; we had to contact the host or rental agency to get the password. The listing mentioned a washing machine, but it turned out to be outside the apartment, downstairs, and shared with another renter. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use it during our entire stay because the other tenant left their clothes inside all day, and despite informing the owner, no action was taken. Lastly, parking is a challenge if you have a larger vehicle. The narrow road leading to the house makes maneuvering and parking very difficult. Overall, the location is excellent, but the comfort, cleanliness, and service need significant improvement.

المنزل مهجور للأسف واضح من كثرة الحشرات والنمل الطائر الذي انتشر فالشقة ، الاسرة قديمه ولم تكن اللحافات نظيفه ،الحمام اكرمكم الله مسدودة مغسلته ، رائحة الثلاجه كريهه ، صراحة كانت الشقة مخيبه للآمال

The view was great. The house was clean and comfortable. Elisabetta was a lovely host. She was very friendly and really helpful with everything.

The airconditioning is a bit noisy. If you want to go down to the lake by car, it might take quite a while to get there, because you can get stuck in the traffic.
