L'ubicazione in un borgo molto carino

Andare fino a Portoferraio per pagare la caparra di 150 euro, il costo della biancheria (letto+asciugamani) 40 euro. Nonostante l'appartamento è gestito da un'agenzia la totale mancanza di indicazioni dettagliate e di cartelli che possano aiutare a raggiungere agevolmente la struttura.

L’appartamento si trova all interno delle mura del villaggio di Marciana ricco di charme. É spazioso, funzionale, la terrazza antistante é un vero valore aggiunto. É molto calmo, si é accolti da una signora molto gentile.

Trovandosi all interno delle mura di questo bellissimo villaggio antico non vi si puo accedere direttamente con la macchina : per raggiungere l’appartamento ci sono delle scale, quindi bisogna viaggare leggeri, le valigie con le ruotine non sono utili, meglio un bello zaino.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was comfortable and the view from the balcony was stunning. We became attached to the cat who came to visit us everyday and was super friendly. We did not want to leave!

The only downside was the exorbitant price to rent linen.

The owners were wonderfully friendly and welcoming, and the apartment itself is situated in a fantastic small village in the mountainous winding hills of Marciana. It's authentic and beautiful (and full of topsy turvy stairs).

The apartment itself is in some serious need of TLC and requires immeduate inspection! The bedroom was spotted throughout with black mould. There was water running through the ceiling and wall behind the bed (which was pooling). The bedroom smelled strongly of damp and mould. There was no air conditioning or even a fan which made it very difficult to sleep (especially given the damp problems). There were no towels or bed linen and these were charged extra which seemed unfair. There was also no cutlery and some of the items listed were missing or incomplete. Although the owners themselves seemed lovely, the apartment really isn't ready to be let out in its current state.

Very nice village, nice location. Nice veue from the apartement, lovely terace.We had a very good time, a very good vacations.

We felt robed. At First we didn't have towles and linen with us- it was wreeten, But I didn't sea. We had to drive to Portoferraio to get tem. We paied 40€. Then the girl at the agensy blocked 200€ on my card- because we- 2 seniors of 64 and 69 Will make some demages in the apartement. For the end came one Ja of the oveners- the second day- and gave us a card for trashes. We gave 25€ for cauthion. In the and we didn' get money back. Very unprofesional!
