VILLA CYCAS relax tra mare e natura

la casa è molto bella, spaziosa e luminosa. ci siamo rilassati e i cani erano molto contenti del giardino.

innanzitutto la pulizia, nei bagni i WC non erano proprio pulitissimi, bastava un pó di candeggina. dietro ai letti c'era un po di polvere e abbiamo dovuto lavare tutti i bicchieri. l'asta della tenda del bagno superiore era completamente storta (forse rotta e andava l'acqua dappertutto. sarebbe simpatico trovare alcune cose come sale, zucchero e caffè.

The location is calm and far away from the crowd. The house has very big, well equipped kitchen and a big table, both inside and outside, where all people can sit and eat together. To get to the house, requires driving a steep mountain road, which can be challenging for some people. We managed to do it in a minivan, and the small garbage trucks are also able to do it, so I think any car can drive up there. I recommend beach in Piana di Sant'Agostino, it is 15 minutes drive if the road to Sperlonga is open, 25 minutes if you go through Itri. In Itri you can find nice restaurants and a small supermarket.

Additional fee for late arrival was not mentioned in the property description. Also, check the fire alert status, as there were daily fires on hills nearby. One day we woke up with a ground covered with ash and we saw firefighting helicopters daily. The road to Sperlonga was closed more than a month before our arrival because of a fire damage, which would also affect our decision.
