Great location, 5 minute walk from the center of Mondragone, parking on-site through the gates was perfect and it's a 1 hour drive to Napels if you ever want to try a good Pizza. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. The communications with the owners son was great and he was really helpfull. When we arrived there where crackers and jelly for the morning, coffee, water and more ready for us to enjoy.

One of the things i found lacking was the absence of an airco (i should have read better :)), other then that everything is good, the toilet and shower are a bit cramped and for 2 big dutch guys the beds are a bit stiff. Other then that no complaints

Comfy apartment with big bedroom, large kitchen with table and 4 chairs, and a balcony on the (very busy) main road. Free parking INSIDE the property, behind a locked gate (not "nearby" as it says in the description). Many bars and shops very close on the main road, and 5 minute walk from the sea - great position. Friendly and helpful hosts.

There is no outside space apart from the balcony, which has no furniture and is on a very busy and noisy main street. There is no seating of any kind in the communal garden (as stated on the website), certainly no barbecue facilities, and certainly no garden or sea view as stated. This needs to be changed on the website description, as it is misleading at the moment. The balcony is on a very busy main street, which has noisy traffic all day and all night as well. All the windows open on this road as well, and it was too noisy to sleep with the windows open, even late at night/early in the morning. Luckily the flat is cool, and we were OK with the windows (which are new and cut out the noise well) shut at night (in late August), which is good, as there is no air conditioning. Also no radiators, a thing to bear in mind in winter. No sofa or other seats apart from the 4 chairs for the kitchen table.
