Arabel Villas

Die Aussicht war atemberaubend, Abends konnte man den Mond besonders gut sehen. Die Ruhe, nur das rauschen der Wellen war zu hören. Ein eigener Meerzugang war schon besonders, sowie die Aussendusche mit warmen Wasser.

Die Einrichtung und das Haus brauchen etwas mehr liebe, es war alles vorhanden und funktional, aber hier und da etwas kleines kaputt, oder die Farbe blättert im Bad ab.

booked deluxe villa, paid extra but didn't get beach front aspect expected. Wifi was poor/non functioning. On arrival=No kettle, no toaster, no drinking cups, coffee maker for one only. Broken window blinds. description says detached but semi detached with flat on top. no kitchen knives, kitchen plug non fitting, broken bathroom sink plug, broken toilet seat and non functioning light bulbs. Pepe when informed did his best to rectify issues but unable to complete all the issues. Having to nag him every day was not the holiday experience we wanted. Beachfront shared area was a mess with no allocated area just told to join in sunbed bunfight - beach equipment was shoddy and some broken. We went and paid up at the local beach club instead. We left the villa three nights before we were due and rented an airbnb instead which was wonderful and resurrected our holiday

The house was beautiful inside and outside, and in a great location. The sea is so close you can hear the waves from your bedroom and this made me sleep like an angel. I loved that it was quiet, clean, easy to settle in and going around ( Marzamemi is at a 5 minutes drive). Pippo, our host, was kind, friendly and helpful. We are already planning to return with friends next year.

I loved having two bathrooms, but you need to get through one of the bedrooms to get there. We went as one family, so this didn't impact us but it might affect couples sharing the house. (Though this feature might be only relevant to the house we were in, I am not sure, I'd check it with Pippo if you think you need more privacy).
