Bel Sit

Well located above Lake Como. Beautiful view to the lake. Easy entry to the spacious apartment which had a well equipped kitchen.

Luggage had to be carried up the stairs. The shower needs a little board to place shampoo and soap. There was no shampoo.

Spacious apartment, easy to find. Good communication from hosts about self check in. Bed is comfortable and lots of storage space for clothes and luggage.

Apartment was a bit basic and there were things missing, for example there was only 1 towel provided for 3 nights. There were no toiletries eg shower gel. Also the shower was very small. The location is easy to travel to and from if you have a car but the walk into town is quite challenging with steep cobblestone paths. The area is quite loud, there is a working farm across the road so you can hear the equipment and animals very early in the morning.

Great, tranquil location, with an amazing view of the lake and the peninsula. Perfect starting point to visit the nearby villas and villages and do some hiking in the area. Very spacious, cute apartment with everything you need for a weekend escape.

You need a car to drive up the hill not really walkable to the town. Parking was good. Please note this is an upstairs apartment with someone living downstairs . Which is fine but in our case they played very loud video games at night. The host responded and said he would try to reach out but it was another renter so nice he offered but didn’t really help. Very nice view and pretty quiet neighborhood.

Carrying bags up to the second floor. Needed a deep clean especially dusting.

We did not stay at the unit as it was not we had it expected to be. The children didn't like the fact that a cat was eating her dinner in front of the unit and we had to leave as they were afraid to sleep at this place

Shower drainage is poor

It could be cleaner. The shower was very tiny. The sofa bed was hard to extend, a part of it was falling apart. We were 6 and they didn't prepare bedding for the sofa, but they brought it later on our request.
