La maison, le calme, la vue. C’était vraiment parfait

Le débit d’eau de la douche est assez faible et la chasse d’eau met 10 min à se recharger

Villa Mariano è un oasi di pace e tranquillità. Immersa nel verde delle bellissime Madonie fra Gangi e Petralia Soprana gode di un paesaggio mozzafiato. Casa meravigliosamente attrezzata e corredata di tutto e di più.Il proprietario,persona gentilissima si è messo a disposizione su tutto. Abbiamo avuto un blocco della caldaia il 24 Dicembre e ha rimediato in 5 minuti un tecnico ,grazie veramente di cuore. Ambiente pulitissimo.Termosifoni in tutte le stanze. Immenso soggiorno- cucina con camino che da un' atmosfera magica. Abbiamo trovato acqua,100 cialde di caffè, tovaglioli,e tantaltro a disposizione . Alzarsi la mattina con un panorama del genere non ha prezzo.Abbiamo avuto la compagnia di 3 meravigliosi gattini ❤️. La villa ha un immensa terrazza con barbecue nel piano di sopra e un altro nel piano di sotto dove c'è anche una bellissima piscina. Consigliata per coppia e straconsigliata per famiglie. In zona ci sono caseifici e macelleria locali che ci hanno deliziati con i prodotti locali.Penso che qualsiasi cosa scrivo non renda giustizia della comodità del luogo. Die Lage des Hauses, schöner Blick auf Gangi, Das Haus hat Potential, ist aber leider ziemlich heruntergekommen und verwahrlost. Alleinlage inmitten der Natur

Die Ausstattung, Räumlichkeiten sind ziemlich ungepflegt, wir haben den Kühlschrank erst geputzt, auch Geschirr und Kochtöpfe sind nicht zu nutzen, auf dem gesamten Grundstück zahlreiche Zigarettenstummel, insgesamt macht das Haus einen nicht regelmäßig geputzten Eindruck. Armaturen funktionieren nicht alle, Licht an vielen Stellen im Haus defekt. Außenbereich großzügig aber auch ungepflegt und mit Müll und dreckig. Betten sehr unbequem, Bettwäsche und Decke nicht sauber. Schade, das Haus hat eine gute Lage und würde in einem ordentlichen Zustand sicher gut nutzbar sein. Preis Leistung nicht in Ordnung, das Haus in dem Zustand ist viel zu teuer.

This house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need while on holiday. Outdoors is very big and we'll kept too. Owner is very friendly and always ready to help. Definitely would love to return again😉

Pool water was cold for August but it's expected since it's in the mountains and area is very cool and fresh too.

the location is beautiful, with a magnificent view of Gangi. The villa is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic pool .

We loved the beautiful house. It was completly quiet, just what we needed. The view was stunning to both sides into nature and the Village Gangi. The Pool was really nice. The friendly owner came every day to clean it. He even brouth us pastrys on sunday. Highly recommendated if you want to have a private stay.

Beautiful villa and stunning surroundings. The pool is very big and lots of places too sit outside. The inside is also very cozy and comfortable. Easy and fast communication with the owners.
