This is one of the nicest apartments for vacation rental I have ever stayed in around the world. The materials used and the fixtures used and the decorations and the quality to design and build are just top notch. There was a bounty of food left for us for breakfast. Correspondence could not have been faster and more informative. the location in the old city was absolutely perfect. Tucked away in a small courtyard. It’s very private and very secure with quick access to everything. Highly recommended!

Wow. What a great place to stay. The unit was very well equipped. Great little touches provided by the host, such as the following and all complimentary. Bread, juices, milk, pasta, beer and wine. Coffee machine, full complement of crockery and cutlery. Comfy beds. Attentive host. Surrounded by fabulous restaurants and cafes. Perfect location

Great location in the old town. Lovely clean property and very helpful, responsive owner! He left lots of fresh fruit and supplies for us, and advised us on take-aways and restaurants. The courtyard outside was also beautiful! Very easy check-in with videos on how to use all the facilities.

Some people might struggle with stairs to top room. Because it is in the Old Town, after rain there is a drain smell, but if you keep the bathroom doors shut it is not an issue.

At the arrival Fabiana, who takes care for the guests was waiting for us, she explained to us how to open the door, around the house. The house is completely equipped with everything, the design is spot on, we felt like at home. In the bedroom there was even the hair straightener.

We booked the house for 5 nights, and we were surprised that in 5 days we got only once fresh towels. When you travel with a teenager that is a problem. The house has a washing machine so we washed the towels. Another thing that bothered us is the odour from the sewage in the bathroom, probably because the apartment is in the Bari vecchio, but it was quite annoying.

We loved everything about this apartment! Actually it was a whole 4-storey house. The host was amazing. We got very detailed and prompt instructions how to get to the property, how to enter, how to use the appliances provided. So everything went very smooth. Everywhere in the house there were nice surprises prepared for us. If you liked the photos of the apartment than wait to see it yourself, it will definitely exceed all your expectations! Where to start... The apartment is clean, bright, modern, beautifully decorated and equipped with so many appliances \some of them I lack at home\. There are so many things provided for you - toiletries, slippers, etc. The refrigerator was stocked with aperitivos, milk, bottles of water, juice, beer. They even provided fresh basil, pasta, tomato sauce, croissants, Nutella, jam, bottle of prosecco, coffee and a huge basket with a variety of fresh fruits, chocolate, chips (I am pretty sure I am missing something). The rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi and the stunning view were a nice touch too. If you are lucky enough to find this property vacant, do not hesitate, this is it, just stop looking! Thank you Fabiana for this absolutely fabulous home you provided for us! We had an incredible stay!

Fabiana, the property manager, whom we met on arrival was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The facility as clean and well equipped including some snacks, water etc., in the kitchen. Location is bang in the center of old town which makes it perfect to explore on foot.

We stayed for 4 nights, and during intermittent cleaning on 3rd day, only towels were replaced but basic cleaning including garbage collection was missed out. Fabiana however, explained that this happened due to some communication gap and apologized. CAUTION: This is not a negative comment, rather information for those who are traveling with heavy luggage - be prepared to lift them through narrow stairways to bedrooms which are located on 1st and 2nd floors.

Dona Maria is a great place to stay for a short but also for a long trip. It has everything - full kitchen equipment, great location - as central as it gets but quiet (entrance and window view on a quite patio). Fantastic assistance and help from Fabiana, welcome food which was enough for us for the whole stay:). Great roof top terrace and jacuzzi. All new and modern with local flavor.

The towels were pretty small, especially for such a great place: I would add bigger and better towels. There is a lot of stairs - for us it was great - but one has to have it in mind. The apartment is in fact a tiny townhouse located on 4 levels in total: grounfloor - entrance, living room and kitchenette, first and second floor - 2 bedrooms with bathrooms respectively, and third floor - roof top terrace with jacuzzi. Google shows entrance from wrong street - so look for the address and street name and not for google location.
