Tout est parfait, appartement très propre ,bien équipé, calme et l'emplacement est a 10 min à pieds du funiculaire et restaurants et un point de vue exceptionnelle depuis l'appartement et aussi depuis le funiculaire. Le jardin est magnifique. Violeta notre Hôte et sa famille sont des personnes formidables, disponibles et de très bons conseils. Je recommande et pour moi et ma famille s'est une pépite cet endroit.

This is an amazing flat up in Brunate with access to a wonderful garden. From here you can go for hikes or walks or explore Como. It is about 10 Min walk from the funicular train station. Note that there are also a grocer, butcher and a fruit/vegetable store. Also, the Funicular offers a 7-day pass for only 16 Euros (Oct 2025,) enabling you to access the faster entry and easily and quickly get up and down from Brunate to Como. The flat is very big with a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen has so many supplies and absolutely everything you need. It was a very comfortable and relaxed stay. Looking forward to coming back.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin en espaliers, l'accueil chaleureux de l'hôte et ses précieux conseils culinaires, de visites... La location est vraiment idéale pour une famille. L'accès rapide au funiculaire permet de se rendre à Côme sans prendre la voiture. La localisation sur les hauteurs offre un peu de "fraîcheur" le soir et la nuit, ce qui est fort appréciable en été.

De tuin van Viola is fantastisch. Twee prachtig grote beuken waaronder je kunt zitten en die bovenaan de terrassentuin staan. Meerdere plekjes om te zitten of te eten in de tuin. Heerlijke zelfgemaakte dipsausjes/salsa van de gastvrouw gekregen! Het dorp Brunate zelf is de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt en daarin spectaculaire uitzichten gehad 🤩

Het huis ligt aan een doorgaande weg die doorloopt naar het centrum van het dorp Brunate. Het geluid van het verkeer is aanwezig, zowel in het huis als in de tuin.

L'acceuil de Loredana, sa sympathie, ses précieux conseils sur les visites à faire. L'appartement, sa taille, ses équipements. L'espace extérieur accessible. Le cadre... Tout simplement magnifique!

Excelente lugar, cómodo, impecable y con un gran parque. Loredana, Viola y Emilio muy amables y atentos. Nos esperaron con pimientos rellenos y alcauciles en escabeche, preparados por Loredana misma. Además de pan, bizcochos, agua, té, café y muchas cosas más. 3 días maravillosos.

Heeft niets met het huis te maken, maar de weg van Como naar Brunate vonden we erg bochtig en smal. Gelukkig was er de funicolare waarmee we gemakkelijk naar beneden konden
