Casa Balice

We loved everything about our stay at Casa BALICE! The house is beautiful, impeccably clean, quiet, immersed in nature, and close to the beautiful sites of the area. All the family enjoyed the pool! A big thank you to Francesco for the hospitality.

We absolutely loved Casa Balice and the area! The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating.

Very nice, cozy place located in the village, but quite close to coast and beaches. Kids enjoyed the pool during hot summer days. The house has everything that is needed for a few days stay.

The first thing to mention is absolutely the owners who were very friendly and really helpful with everything. The house and domain were very characteristic and the location was very quiet (we chose this, cause we had a rental car. Monopoli is at a 10min. Drive but a small alimentary shop and pizzeria were at walking distance). Everything was very clean (inside and outside) and it had good air-condition. I also want to mention the most gorgeous tree in the garden 🌳 and the beautiful cats that played around it 🥰.

Not really anything bad to say. A recommendation would be a small kettle for boiling water. And the shower is extremely small (in height and in width). Also some disposable earplugs, cause if you´re unlucky the neighborhood dogs go crazy all night long. 🌙

This is a quiet countryside house surrounded by olive groves away from crowds and towns. It is close to Monopoly (15 min) and not far from Polignano di Mare. Nice owners. The fireplace adds a lot of romantic to your evening. There is also a lovely garden.

All this should be gorgeous in the summer time. We spent 5 nights during New Year holidays, when night temperature was 6*C. It took us several days to warm the house. One bedroom was OK, but the other one was hard to warm up. Warm water was also a problem.
