The secure parking was very much appreciated. We also very much enjoyed the well appointed full size kitchen with good size fridge. The location was perfect next to the historical sights and walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do while in Matera.

Wi-fi not working caused some challenges. Shower was cramped, but had ample hot water.

Great location, very clean. Good kitchen, everything you need to cook meals. Good hot water in the shower. Very spacious rooms, except the bathroom.

Heating was set to come on at a certain temp, we don't know what that temperature was but it was way too cold for us. We would be out all day but between 4pm and 8pm the apartment was very cold. We went to bed at 8pm to get warm. The heating did come on sometime during the middle of the night, but it was too cold for us in the evening. The shower cubicle is ridiculously small, this size is for a child. WIFI is limited to 1gb free per day then charged 50c per 10 mb used after that. There was no way to measure and we had no idea what we used, but were not advised of an extra charge.

It’s really close to the old town and there was a free parking place

It’s very well organized apartment in Matera. It’s walking distance and flat route from railway station and intercity bus stop. Wi-fi was great. Hot water had great pressure. Bed was very soft and comfortable. We were provided with continental breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, toasts, jam, cookies) which was great for our short stay. Host was very kind and provided us with a lot of recommendations about food outlets just steps away. We used some of those with great satisfaction. Matera! We loved Matera!

Everything was perfect.

Small shower

Location is great: in the center (200mt from Sassi, 15 min walking from the train/bus station). Bedroom and kitchen are big and comfortable.

Check in is at 16.00 and the host would not accept earlier check in. We planned to arrive on Sunday by bus from the airport and the forecast was to be raining all day, so the day before we asked Anna to check-in at 15:15 but she refused and we check in at 16.00. The bathroom is really tiny and uncomfortable even if you want just a shower. The breakfast is 1 juice, 0.5l milk, some biscuits, rusks and 10gr of jam.

Not working hairdryer, "breakfast" in Italian style..this wasn't breakfast as I understand this word, but children had fun
