maria came and met us and gave us a tour of the property. she also gave us invaulabe local information

sadly no ones fault ( and roberto tried to fix the issue) we had no hot water for two days. Also when walking around the appartment our feet where black!

Everything was perfect!

The property was immaculately clean and very well supplied with amenities. The beds were comfortable, the location was within easy walking distance of the old town with parking very close by. The host explained how to buy a week long parking pass from the parking meter pay station which was cheap and very convenient. Roberto was very responsive and helpful at all times. Having the extra bathroom and the lovely sunny terrace were much appreciated bonuses.

The combined lounge/dining room was cramped and if there had been more than two of us, would have been too crowded. The kitchen was very small albeit well equipped and functional for two people.

Very cosy flat, nice, feels like home, great location, free parking near the park and church. Terrace with afternoon sun. Highly recommended.

Loved the terrace where we had breakfast each day and sat out most evenings when we returned home. The high ceilings made it seem more spacious and as 3 friends using 3 bedrooms we each had a good sized bedroom (worth noting bathrooms are ensuite to two of the bedrooms off the terrace so the person staying in 3rd bedroom had to access bathroom through one of the other bedrooms) This wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment was very clean and it was very easy to walk Centro Storico.

The apartment was cosy, old fashioned italian apartment with beautiful tiles and ceilings, as well as comfortable beds and beautiful balcony. The host Maria was wonderful.

The only thing that bothered us little was noise from traffic (Vespas) during night, because it was summer and we kept windows open. In the morning the bells were loud, but that didn't bother us much, as we knew where we were going - Il campanile means bell tower :)

Roberto and Maria were extremely helpful especially at the start settling us in and helping us locate amenities within the area.
