A very cosy place.

- great host and great communication. I used Booking.com chat exclusively, and I always got a reply in a matter of minutes for any of my requests, always with a very positive and helpful tone. - our room was the "Blue room", which is one of the two rooms available on the upper floor (the other one would be the "Red room"). If available, I'd suggest to go for either one of these rooms if you want the views (the other room is on the ground floor). - location: a few minutes away from Castelsardo by car, and walking distance to some of the nearest small beaches - great views: our room had a view over the sea, right where the sun sets - nice large balcony / upper terrace, with a couple of lounge / stretch chairs - room size: though not a huge room, ours was more than enough for our stay, even including a wide couch - cleanliness: though this is "just" a B&B, our bedroom was thoroughly cleaned every single day - parking spots: there are two private parking spots in the building itself (and just 3 bedrooms currently in use), so you will be able to keep your car safely parked - large fridge, with freezer, with one dedicated shelf per room so you can keep some food refrigerated during your stay - a small complimentary breakfast. We did not have any expectations regarding the breakfast, and though it does not include much stuff, it's available for you

- a bit of a damp smell on the ground level (and basement). Maybe it's just because the house was unused for some time and just needed to be ventilated a bit, but it was a bit noticeable - kitchen with no cookware of any kind. There's a fully equiped kitchen, but you're not allowed to use it (and there's no utensils of any kind). In order to prepare a sandwich, or to slice some veggies, you need to fetch some utensils from the room below (where breakfast is held), so be ready to go up and down the stairs. And if you want to do something as simple as some boiled eggs, you'll need to improvise a bit. - breakfast replenishing: we had to buy milk for our breakfast, as it was never replenished during our stay. Not much of a deal anyway because we bought other fresh goods for healthier breakfasts, but keep this in mind. - poor wifi signal. The wifi repeater is next to the "Red room", and though our "Blue room" was just a couple of steps away, the signal was nearly completely blocked and nearly unusable unless you step out of the room.

Je voelt meteen dat de uitbaatster met hart en ziel met haar BB bezig is. Ze zorgt ervoor dat alles in orde is, de voorzieningen, de (dagelijkse!) schoonmaak en zelfs het bed wordt mooi heropgemaakt. 's morgens verraste ze ons met verse zelfgebakken lekkernijen! De BB is op 300 m van een mooi strandje en op 2 km van castelsardo centrum
