The hostess was wonderful, allowed us to move in early after minding the luggage, made dinner reservations for us, and booked our taxi for a Sunday departure.

The beds were 2 large singles pushed together and the sofa was too small for 2 people to sit comfortably, the stairs down to the apartment are not suitable for people over 60 years with suitcases, however our beautiful hostess carried my suitcase down to the apartment. The advertisement says dishwasher however there isn’t one.

Super host Laura, was always responsive and went out of her way to accommodate meeting after hours. Collecting our keys and keeping our luggage safe as our flight was delayed

Lovely location in the old town, right next to the funicular.

Bed was rock hard and uncomfortable

Very cosy and romantic with a great view of the city of Bergamo. The staff were very helpful and even bought my wife a bottle of wine for her birthday which was very kind of them. The estate office is right opposite the property and they let us leave our bags there on the last day.

This is hard to complain and don’t let it put you off booking the apartment because it really is lovely, but the bathroom could do with an upgrade, the top glass shelf in the bathroom was caked in dirt and the other glass shelves below were all cracked and the bed was i’m sorry to say very hard. I hope that the owners take note and put these things right. Thus said, I would book it again

The location is perfect. Everything you need on your doorstep. We walked everywhere. We also bought a 3 day tourist ticket and travelled on the funicular (which is 2 doors away from the accommodation) we used the buses and trams to go further afield. The property Is beautiful in particular the bedroom. The view from the lounge is lovely. Comfy large bed. There are a lot of steps down to the apartment, no problem for us but might be for others. We had heaters in the lounge and the bedroom. Microwave , kettle and small 2 ring hob. Everything we needed.

Not a criticism however the sofa is very small. Maybe another comfy chair in the lounge would work.

This is a great place! Historical Center. Beautiful room and view from the window

There were two heaters in the apartment, but they did not work. It was wet and raining outside, but these electric fireplaces were broken. The house is old stone and it is very damp and cold in this weather without heating.

The location was excellent

The steps to the apartment are a bit steep.

Only positive is the location

We have previously stayed here with no issues, the apartment was filthy, bathroom lacked being cleaned for months Black mould on ceiling and tiles
