***ATTENTION ALL BOOKING.COM CUSTOMERS*** PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY Upon arrival, we were immediately disgusted by the condition of the property. It is a three level mud hut on the side of a hill that requires 850 stairs to reach. It is HORRENDOUS traveling here. Upon arrival, Rosa was passively aggressive and continued to make passive aggressive body movements towards me and my girlfriend. She also demanded more money upon our arrival as we were trying to settle in. The entire property is INFESTED with bugs. Within 30 minutes of Rosa leaving, both of our bags and all of our belongings were infested with ants. Our bodies had bites all over them. We had to pay money and spend time on our hard earned vacation to decontaminate all of our belongings of bugs. I submitted pictures of the infestation of the bed specifically as part of this review. I contacted Rosa and booking.com and they were (and still are) unwilling to let us cancel for a refund. I am filing a lawsuit against her due to booking.com stating that the refund is between me and Rosa (property manager) I truly hope that Rosa is willing to refund us eventually because this is an absolute disgrace of a property to be listed on booking.com. Shame on you for ruining our vacation!

The views were amazing and it was a beautiful property

There was no air conditioning and the fan provided was not great.

Great property with a lovely view and a spacious apartment.

Could’ve done with AC instead of a fan blowing hot air back to us and maybe a dishwasher and more kitchen appliances.

It was a bit confusing to find the location because Rosa doesn’t speak English but she explains well (face to face).

Communication is not so easy. A neighbor told us that there were shops and restaurants not so far from the location.

great location, pack lightly as there are a lot of stairs in Conca deli Marini / Amalfi 🤣 Rosa came to meet us to make sure we found the apartment. the view was unbelievable. Nice and peaceful area with barely any noise too

What a place. The view is breathtaking and possibly the best you can get in the whole Amalfi coast. We're not morning people but we woke up early every day to see the sunrise. The house itself is charming and well stocked (it even has a washing machine!). It's very outdoor-living oriented which we personally loved. The town where it's located is a hidden gem and is conveniently located between the more popular towns. There's a really nice beach 5-10mins down the steps with a couple of restaurants and very affordable kayak and boat rentals. Also Rosa, the key-keeper, was such a joy and so helpful! Can't wait to come back here.

I wish WiFi was offered, but luckily the service was good and the town offers free WiFi which can be received from the terrace.

The unbeatable view and the helpfulness of Rosa.

The property is very poorly equipped and not a comfortable place to spend much time in, especially in poor weather. Stifling in a heatwave. If it’s raining or stormy then it’s really unpleasant having to climb up and down the very steep steps outside to get from one room to another. there were loose wires, neither of the toilets flushed properly. We arrived one night late due to travel complications but then decided to leave early because it was not comfortable. Despite contacting them three times to request a refund for that final night, we were ignored.

The place was lovely and the hostess was very kind and helpful. Just be sure to bring shampoo and coffee as these are not automatically provided with this booking. Our hostess dropped off some shampoo which was very appreciated.
