We had an amazing stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need on holiday. It is perfect for two couples travelling as each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and the rooms are separated with the kitchen which gives you enough of privacy. The position is perfect - close to the train station, beach, supermarkets and restaurants. I would absolutely come back again!!

The bedrooms and bathrooms were good size. The flat was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a safe place to sleep.

The location, down an unlit alley with no parking near is not good. The plumbing in the kitchen makes a squealing sound after you stop the flow, the toilet in the Prince room sticks open letting water run. The only heat in the flat was from split units. The flat is very small in the living/kitchen area. There is no place to sit and eat or just sit and relax. The clothes washer is in a small closet outside the flat. The scores for this flat are not realistic, they do not reflect the actual property. The TV's do not work in the bedrooms or if they do there are no instructions on how they work. The highest rating this flat should get is 7.

Cute apartment. Clean and updated nicely. The host is the best! Very kind and helpful! Very responsive and made the stay a pleasure.

Very good location for exploring the region and Rome. Charming apartment near to coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants and beach.

No Wifi

no living room to sit & socialize, apt had kitchen but not enough room inside the apt to have meals/morning coffee, etc

We did enjoy nice location in the center of Santa Marinella near the train station, as well as the beach, reastaurants and lungomare promenade. We also appreciate clean appartment, with cosy athmosphere. The host was very helpfull in meeting our requirements, even though we couldn't speak english (but communication was possible with dictionary and internet translating).

There was a bit lack of space for our group (but we were 2 adults and four children), i believe, four people can get in a more comfortable way. We also appreciate little table outside the appartment to sit down, but it's too little to eat there for more than 2 people.
