Mount Etna Chalet

Chalet molto curato e accogliente, bellissimo il patio esterno con il barbecue, in zona bei boschi per passeggiate. Vasto giardino recintato dove il nostro cane si é divertito tanto. Comodo il Chromecast collegato alla TV per poter guardare ciò che si vuole in streaming.

The peace and quiet with a lot of privacy. Paradise-like road and surroundings to get to the chalet. Bear in mind that it's off road, but doable with a standard rental car. We had breakfast with Etna views and late night dinner at the fireplace. In May the temperature was perfect. 50 min drive for an Etna Nord trek to the top. Quick responses from Ezio via WhatsApp.

The wood at the chalet was still too young/wet to burn, so we didn't get it started on the first night. We collected some wood on our hikes to get the fireplace going. We didn't find a sharp knife to cut vegetables, but not at all a deal-breaker in this wonderful chalet. We will definitely be back when we return to Sicily.

Traumhafte, ruhige Lage in mitten von Olivenbäumen und blühenden Ginsterbüschen. Allein die Anfahrt zum Haus ist spektakulär und der Blick von der Terasse auf den schneebedeckten Ätna unbezahlbar! Das Haus ist blitzsauber, der Kamin für abends total romantisch und die Aussenküche an warmen Tagen bestimmt toll. Es war alles im Haus einschl. Gewürze, frische Zitronen und vieles mehr. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können es sehr empfehlen für alle, die absolute Ruhe suchen und den Ätna bestaunen möchten! Grandios! Danke Ezio

What a nice weekend it was.... The chalet is gorgeous, with high wooden ceilings, a cozy loft, and a great layout. The indoor fireplace is the heart of the home and perfect for chilly evenings. ​The property is massive and very private. It’s surrounded by nature and olive trees, with a lovely long driveway that makes it feel like a true retreat. ​The highlight was the huge outdoor stone oven. We spent our day by the fire out there with some wine—it was perfect! It was a paradise for my dog ! There is so much green space for her to run around safely and is safe for here to run around not going outside in the road bucause its close Enzo is a fantastic host. I ordered a cake through him for my husband birthday (for an extra fee), and he handled everything perfectly. It was a great personal touch that made our stay even better ​Everything was perfect—we didn't want to leave and for sure we will be back next year with our dog That view of Mount Etna is absolutely breathtaking! Being that close to the volcano adds a whole new level of "wow" to the stay and very peaceful and silent all day and night...

Lovely cosy cottage in a stunning location, with it's own secluded orchard and olive grove. We were only there for a night but wish we'd been able to stay longer.

Der Kamin war sehr schwer zu beheizen.

Chalet bello e accogliente, non mancava nulla. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo fine settimana, l’ideale se si ha voglia di staccare la spina. Ezio super disponibile e pronto a darti ogni consiglio. Da rifare.
