Domus Aqua Viva

Die Lage ist für Ausflüge ist super, man darf nicht zögerlich beim Autofahren sein und das Auto sollte nicht größer als Golfklasse sein. Wir konnten den Garten mit seiner Ausstattung sehr genießen, die Küchenausstattung war wie in vielen Ferienhäusern okay. Der Blick im oberen Zimmer ist sensationell. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und auch der weitere Kontakt war sehr gut.

Es waren keine Weingläser vorhanden, Schneidebrett für gemeinsames kochen haben uns gefehlt, ein oder zwei gemütliche Sessel zum Sofa wären schön gewesen. Aber nicht hat uns den schönen Aufenthalt vermisst. Tiptop!

El alojamiento fue genial. La casa es perfecta , lugar tranquilo para desconectar con un precioso jardín . La casa dispone de todas las comodidades y servicios ,tres habitaciones,salón amplio, cocina ,dos baños ,zona de lavandería , barbacoa y una zona exterior con unas vistas maravillosas. El anfitrión ,Marco, fue genial con nosotros , atento en todo momento con nuestras necesidades...y eso es de agradecer !!! 🎂 Esperamos volver pronto con toda nuestra familia ,y alojarnos en esta preciosa casa.

La posizione è centrale per spostarsi in costiera. Il paesino di Acquara è molto bello come la campagna intorno alla casa. La casa è ben attrezzata con letti super comodo e un bellissimo giardino

The view and the privacy

Located into olive and lemon tree it is normal to have humidity.

We like garten and apartman was clean, quiet place, great for groups of friends and family

Great location - nice and quiet yet within a short drive of many villages and restaurants, and 25 min drive from Sorrento. Good value for the area. Very comfortable house with nice outdoor seating area overlooking a garden with citrus trees. Definitely need a car but bus stop within short walking distance, and also some nice walks in the area, with excellent views of the coast, e.g. up to Monastero di San Paolo. The host Marco was extremely helpful - any small issues were dealt with immediately.

The drive to the house from the main road of the village (about 500m) is quite challenging and takes a bit of getting used to. We had a large car (for five adults), would be easier with a smaller car.

-We liked nothing due to very unfriendly owners -wrong information this is not a house for the guests alone, but an Apartment and you share with the owners -the street to the house is so small, horrible to drive there and this information is also missing in the description -there is no sea view from that apartment ... ok there is the children room with a small window, when you sit in front you can perhaps have sea view. The owners with their amazing terrace have of course sea view.

The way to the apartment is very narrow (min. 500 meters long), this is not described on Booking.com. I would not recommend driving the long way in the evening! Already at the first contact due to the problems with the road, the owner (Marco) was very unfriendly. Said right away that we wouldn't get any money back if we didn't rent the apartment! Very cheeky for not providing such important information on Booking.com. We put a deposit as we were allowed to bring our 2 cats. However, we feared from the start that there would be a problem with the repayment. On the first evening we grilled with wood that was piled up at the house and didn't think anything bad about it. The next day we were surprised that the owner spent the whole day at the house because this is not described on booking.com. We thought he was working in the garden. When we came back he gave us an unfriendly hello. Later, two more women came, also NO HELLO, so we didn't know that the owner had just arrived. Normally the owner gives a welcome to the guets. After a while we wanted to prepare our dinner, I checked the grill, which was gone. the owners looked at me from their terrace (which is awkward about the guests) and said they are grilling themselves tonight! The owner then gave me a sermon in a very unfriendly tone that we had broken their grill. That was really so incredibly rude - we broke the grill because of the wood? It was a grill for about 40 euros. This evening we didn't have a BBQ as guests. The owners grilled above us with friends, with lots of fun and volume. We did not feel comfortable anymore and left after 2 days. In total we paid 700 euros. Despite no damage to the apartment, the owners kept our deposit and NEVER contacted us again. We have informed booking customer Helpdesk that they get blocked on booking.com

Very private. Nice quiet location away from busy areas. Great view.

Bed was firm in main bedroom. Some people might prefer that, but not me.
