Amazing Sea View Flat

The location was great. The apartment decorated with taste has its atmosphere. Instructions to get there were clear. Beds and floors were clean. Bathroom ok. Wifi worked.

Air condition in the top room did not work at all and in the rest of the rooms it looked old. We did not get toileteries and kitchen cleaning products and when I asked for it I was told it is not standard, however it was in our order. Same as a bottle of wine. There was no soap, just two rolls of toilet paper (for 5 of us for a week), no dishwasher tablets or gel for washing dishes. Kitchen sponges looked quite old and used a lot. Towels were clean but with holes in it and prepared for 2 (we were 5 and were eventually told where the rest of towels are). There was only one bed prepared. Whole apartment would use some investments (fridge, aircon and lot more...). There was mold in the bottom bathroom. Ylenia communicated only via whatsapp and when I complained she eventualy stopped responding. However, the location was great and we managed to have a pleasant holiday.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super eingerichtet, hohe Decken, tolle Aussicht, Blick aufs Meer auch vom Bett aus, sehr ruhige Lage, ansprechende Architektur des gesamten Gebäudes, gepflegte Gartenanlage, prima Terrasse, ganz nah am Strand gelegen, abgesperrter Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, Bäcker gegenüber der Straße, Supermarkt schräg gegenüber, zwei gemütliche Standbars direkt hinter den Dünen, zwei öffentliche Strandbereiche ohne Reservierungspflicht direkt davor. schöner Strand, sehr reaktionsschnelle nette Gastgeberin, unkompliziertes Einchecken und Auschecken und wir bekamen einen kleinen finanziellen Nachlass wegen des Ausfalls der Klimaanlage an 3 von 5 Tagen.

3 von 5 Tagen war die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen defekt, am letzten Tag gab es ab 10 Uhr kein Wasser mehr im Haus. Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, es wurde Bettwäsche nur für die 2 Doppelbetten im Obergeschloss bereitgestellt, obwohl es ein weiteres Zimmer mit Bett im Dachgeschoss gab. Die Kinder hätten gerne in separaten Betten geschlafen. Nach der Reparatur der Klimaanlage war das Dachgeschoss trotzdem nicht nutzbar, wegen laut scheppernder Lüftergeräusche der Klimaanlage dieses einen Zimmers.

Location was good although access was a bit of a struggle initially. Once we figured out the expectation, it was fairly easy.

Great location by the sea, big terrace overlooking sea and sunsets spacious apartment.

If you are two single travellers, have in mind you will have to pay extra 70 euro (not indicated before booking) for having two beds. The second key set does not have a second magnet to go out through the gates, so having two sets of keys actually do not work.

Bellissimo appartamento, tenuto molto bene e con una vista strepitosa, vicinissimo al mare. Fantastico e comodissimo il self check in. Inoltre la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria sono degne di nota.

Lovely apartment, close to the sea, beautiful view. A few great restaurants around. The condo was clean and well prepared for visitors. The outside terrace was spacious.

The air conditioning system wasn't functioning well; it was off during the night, and we couldn't switch it on. Seems that it was on a timer. Luckily, it wasn't too hot; in summer, this would not be acceptable. No taxis are available unless you are going to a further destination. They won't come if you need a drop-off at a restaurant. That's the only negative. The rest was lovely.
