Very close to main attractions, responsive hostess.

- Great location (10 mins walk to the station, 15 mins to Ortigia, 20 mins to the Archeological park, 3 mins to a good supermarket). - Decent size recently refurbished flat (2 rooms), high ceilings, well equipped kitchen with a gas stove and plenty of additional stuff (even coffee/sugar/oil/spices), good bathroom. - Clean, good air conditioning in the bedroom.

- Would be good to have an electric kettle, takes a bit too long to boil water on a stove the old fashioned way. - there's no air conditioning in the main (dining) room. Wasn't a problem for me in October but may potentially be a problem in summer - minor: the lock in the entrance door (to the flat) needs repair, one screw is falling out. - minor: the street area in front of the hotel needs to be cleaned more often.

It was good for one night, the apartment has a small kitchen for cooking and a seating area. Extra blankets as well as air conditioning is available. Parking in the street is easy and free and even at night you will find a spot there!

The walls are very thin and the mattress is pretty loud and shaky, I would recommend ear plugs for light sleepers.

Centrally located between the old town and the archeological site. A comfortable apartment with good facilities and convenient to local shops.

Great location, near the station and the parco archeologico. Had everything l needed to be comfortable although a kettle would be nice.

All was very good. On the first floor with stairs but they were easy to climb. Around a courtyard but not noisy.

Nice spacious apartment on first floor right hand side, with aircon in bedroom. Nice bathroom quite ish neighbourhood (some say this is the wrong end of town) pretty central shops nearby including Deco 5 mins walk, great coffee near to church at top of road.

Taxi charging 15 euro for a 12 minute walk from station. Some pictures show another property, but this one in our opinion is better. Towels maybe a little tired.

Its my 20th country to visit in europe iv slept in so many hostel/hotel and iv never slept in such DISGUSTING room . What can i say . as you walk in , there’s smell of humidity that shook your eyes and throat . There’s mold in the walls and theres a plastic wallpaper to hide it , artificial plants are dirty and are hidings the terror in the walls behind . i took plenty of pictures and videos in case she ( the owner denies it ) i was horrified , ITS DISgusting It should be illegal to rent a room in such conditions .both me and my husband stayed here 2 nights . We both have plenty of skin pimple . We spend the 2 days scratching . Its disgusting. The shower is too small you can barely moove inside it . Now talking about the owner. Which should change her job because she is so rude and impolite. When we arrived i though it was my mistake to book the wrong room . In pictures you see normal red bed while booking but in reality its a bunk bed one in top of the other . When i called her kristina the owner . She Was soo disrespectful and told us to leave the key and go if we are not happy . I apologised thinking it was my mistake but now when I read the comments i realise she’s actually lying and putting wrong pictures in booking . beside being rude to other traveler’s (READ tHE REVIEWS please Before booking ) . We lost our room keys by mistake while in excursion me and my husband , when we told her she was so upset and told me its a big problem which is not because world wide hostel and hotel have other key / duplicate key in case of emergency or to clean the room So sttop lying to clients just to panicking them . Ps : i payed 10euros for the lost keys . She was so Rude to us so Impolite . And apparently im not the only want to say it (REAd THE comments ) You should really consider changing your job i’v never seen an owner in the hospitality sector as disrespectful as you . Remind you that we pay to sleep . And its with our money you’re paying your employees .
