No the property is faultless

We stawyed there at the beginning of May. The location was top, 1 min to central square, the apartment with old and fashionable furniture, well equipped and new bathroom, a lot of light. Breakfast arranged in near bar, coffee and croissant.

The room was a bit humid so we had to turn on the air-conditioning to neutralize the smell a bit. The pictures shown are from two different apartments, so the owner could show the right ones for the premises booked. The host was not so much responsive before arriving to the premises.

Perfect location, astonishingly beautiful room that felt like we were in an art museum, friendly & knowledgeable host.

Parking is a little tricky but not unlike other parts of Sicily.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. The restaurant recommendations were really useful. The property is large and spacious. The historic decoration makes it a very memorable stay. The location is perfect, 1/2 minutes walk to the town centre where most bars and restaurants are.

A great location to explore the fabulous Ragusa. We were greeted kindly by Giorgio who directed us where to park the car. We had continuous communication with Giorgio and Francesco. And in the apartment... It was as if we were teleported to baroque times. The apartment is in an old palace with 18th century frescoes on the walls and ceilings, which is an architectural heritage. What can I say... fascinating and extremely impressive. Perfect harmony between original baroque ornaments and furniture, and modern high-quality comfort. And Francesco took us out of his time in Modica to show us the oldest chocolate workshop. And he took us around a private palace which was a very exciting and gorgeous experience. Thank you Francesco and Giorgio!

Very charming, nicely decorated with excellent quality finishing and attention to details. The hosts succeeded to embed the modern and comfort (modern bathrooms) without losing the charm of the building and of the room. The family suite had available a small stove, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Quality coffee and washing products left for our use. Very clean. The location is perfect - on a little quiet street directly from the main square. Hosts very kind, willing to help and positively replied to our extra requests and questions (many :-) ) .

All looks newly refurbished, so i assume that the smell of humidity is just a temporary issue already taken care of.
