"Great location, nice home , but be aware of the steps!"

The location is great, the house has everything you want in a compact apartment. The sea is just across the road. The town is a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Potential customers need to know that there are 51 steps to climb up to access the apartment! Very small shower unit. Not so easy for older people.

The location with outside terrace and view was very nice and why i selected the property

The shower was frustrating as the bar for the shower head would not stay on and was challenging to use. It would be good to provide guests with some coffee option even instant. I did not find any market that had coffee for me to buy and make at the property and the store and restaurant nearby were closed. There were two hair dryers but i was unable to get either to work even with the attachment the owner had for plugging in. I would have liked a smart tv in the living area that i could cast from my device to it for our family to watch a movie that i had downloaded in the evening.

Magnificent! A view you only dream of, close to restaurants, a supermarket and the historic area of Portovenere.

Only one, very small shower with variable water temperatures was available but we made it work without issue.
