Great location, and the girls were friendly. Apartment is lovely.

Charging additional for basic item like a cot is a bit steep. No where else we have stayed in Italy has done this. Upon checkout the owner of the apartment was impatiently walking up and down the street all morning, watching us. At 9:45 (check out is 10am) he was waiting at the door to push us out and was complaining that we had the air conditioning on (assuming we didn’t understand). While we were still getting our luggage out he stormed in to check everything out. Just rude and never have we experienced anything like this! Very distasteful and a bit of invasion of our privacy. Not acceptable.

Parking can be difficult.

The apartment was lovingly renovated to a high standard and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. It was in such an amazing location, meaning we could pop in and out easily, less than 90 seconds from the small beach and a huge number of places to eat, drink and be merry.

Nothing-it was great.

Felice was a super host and gave us lots of tips; location and apartment fantastic.

The location was perfect. The facilities were great. It would have been nicer if there were some more comfortable chairs to sit in, in the main room.

My daughter didn’t like the beds. Personally, I slept well.

The location was perfect! Water very close, many restaurants, a wonderful Cafe, lovely fruit seller. Beds were comfortable. The apartment is very very well remodeled.

I would suggest some sort of padded furniture. The only place to sit in the main room is hard kitchen table chairs. A pair of small chairs would be lovely. It's odd to have sit on the beds for just a short sit.

Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Situated in centro storico, easy access to beach and restaurants

Parking is a nightmare

Amazing location in the old town but be mindful, it mentions there’s no parking but you can’t even drive close by to drop off luggage so need to walk about 10-15 minutes with luggage.

Was stressful trying to figure out the bins, could not even find a mixed bin.
