Super nice and spacious apartment and well located. The owner lives on top, very friendly and helpful.

The house is excellent, spacious, sunny and clean. The beds are comfortable. The living room and kitchen are spacious. The house has an outside area with a barbecue. The bathrooms are clean and new. The owner was very friendly and waited for us on arrival.

There's nothing to complain about the house.

Convenient location, there is always parking in front of the house. The beds are comfortable, each bedroom has air conditioning. Nearby you can find shops, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as a nice beach. The nearest sea is 5 minutes by car. However, I would recommend driving a little further and finding a beach with really white sand and clear water.

There were some small things missing, like paper or kitchen towels.

It had a the things you need. We really liked the interior, the high ceilings make it even bigger than it already is. Extra benefit is that you can do the laundry. Gianluca is a great host. 100% honest and very welcoming. He is certainly a host much other properties can learn from.

The location isn’t that great. There is no parking space on the property.

The best place were we stayd during our Sardinia trip! Very welcoming host. Apartment is clean, bright and wide. We felt like at home! 2 bathrooms. 2 km till the beach. 15 min drive till Cagliari

We had an amazing time in S Elena. We arrived late at night with our two children, aged 1 and 6 years old. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and filled with light, providing more than enough space for our family. The owner even provided a cot and a high chair for us. Having stayed in many different places, we found that this one had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and all the rooms were tidy and pleasant. There is a local shop just a 3-minute walk away, and we discovered the best pizza in town only 7 minutes away. Since we had rented a car, we were delighted to find a free parking space available. We would recommend renting a car if you're traveling with children. The beach is only a 5-6 minute drive, and there is a large grocery shop just 7-8 minutes away from the apartment. If you don't have a car, you can easily take the bus to the beach. There is a direct bus that takes only 10 minutes, and the bus stop is conveniently located just 3 minutes from the apartment. The high street, which includes gelaterias, is only a 10-15 minute walk away.

We came during a storm and ended up spending a lot of time in the apartment. It was the perfect place to relax, very clean, very spacious. It was so much better than a hotel. Gianluca was very communicative and kind, even with the language barrier. We didn’t have difficulty finding the apartment, but we mostly took taxis or walked. It’s very central in Quartu Sant’Elena and easy to access to good restaurants. Yes, there was a bit of street noise in the morning, but it was quiet at night.

The beds and the pillows were a bit hard.
