It was perfect. This best vacation apartment we have ever rented. The roof deck is wonderful. The views over the valley are beautiful. The perfect place for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Plenty of supplies available, lots of towels and closet space. The town is great with several really good restaurants to walk to. 10/10

The bed is a little hard could use a mattress topper but you get used to it.

The view, proximity to restaurants, modern decor and airconditioning, the local treats provided were delicious.

Parking was a bit difficult as we went during a festival, trouble with opening the door which needed a lot of fiddling and it was very hot being stuck outside.

Good and friendly host communication before arrival, clear self check-in with key box, tasteful design with decent appliances, arrival gift box, basics already in kitchen (coffee, salt, pepper, etc), decent bed, free communal parking around the corner (although a bit steep for lower clearance vehicles, just doable with lower sedan, Tesla Model 3 / 12 cm clearance).

Minor, but some appliances felt a bit wobbly, but that’s nitpicking. Overall good experience.

We chose this place while traveling around Italy with our own car. A great place for a short stop on the way from the north of Italy to the south. A cozy, small town that will charm you with its narrow streets and small shops. The apartments themselves are extremely clean, we felt that the owners take special care of it. The check-in process is very simple and convenient. Well, the view from the terrace of the apartment is simply amazing, all you have to do is enjoy the great evening views and a delicious dinner. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic location, easy to find. Right in the heart of the village (Caprarola) which was exceptionally beautiful. The apartment was great,new renovation, great shower, nice kitchen, comfortable bedding. A very short 3 min walk for a perfect Negroni at a fun bar, then to the Trattoria del Cimino for one of the most exceptional meals ever. 6th generation proprietor, a young man who trained all over Europe has returned home. The amatriciana was perfection. We'd like to return for a week!

Apartment was gorgeous and very clean. Nice linens and furnishings. View was awesome. Host was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend a stay of several days at this fabulous place. Lots to see in the area and come home to a comfortable and beautiful apartment.

A charming and pleasant apartment, you feel that the owner of the house loves the place and invests in every det ail, we enjoyed ourselves very much.

would have preferred better water pressure for the shower, and more than just 1 large towel for the two of us (though I used a couple of the small towels, it was less than ideal)
