Casa incantevole, ampia, luminosa e dotata di tutti i confort che hanno reso la nostra vacanza perfetta. Per non parlare della meravigliosa vista sul mare e la posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il lido, il centro città e i vari negozi e ristoranti. Francesco è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile e abbiamo davvero apprezzato la cura che mostra verso i clienti. Sicuramente un’esperienza da ripetere!

Excellent location? Lovely decor and very comfortable. Perfect for our family with three children including a toddler.

Nothing it was great!

The location was excellent for all the local amenities. The accommodation was brilliant for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. There was everything we needed. Francesco was very good at communicating with us. He was helpful and made our stay go smoothly.

There was nothing not to like

Excellent seaside home just a short walk from the beach and city center. The pictures do not do the views justice. We stayed with two kids under 3 and found the apartment extremely comfortable. Though close to everything San Vito has to offer, the neighborhood is very quiet. Francesco our host was an excellent communicator and was incredibly easy to work with - my three year old even broke a lamp and his first question was to make sure she was ok. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is rare for vacation homes. Finally, the payment process was simple and easy. For American travelers who may not be used to paying by wire transfer, it was very simple. Francesco provided the information for his account and my bank - Chase - completed the transfer via their online banking app in 24 hours for just a small fee ($5).

Amazing location, modern Villa with fabulous facilities and views of the marina. Great for families, our children felt very comfortable.

My family and friends enjoyed an amazing week at Villetta Acacie. Francesco was a responsive host who met us in the property to show us around and was quick to resolve any minor issues. He gave us some great tips on local restaurants and gelato stores. The villa was walking distance to the main San Vito Lo Capo beach, restaurants and shops and a short drive from many other places to see in the area. Free parking is available next to the villa with a permit provided by Francesco. The space was big enough for two couples and two kids with everyone having enough privacy. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation and hope I have the opportunity to visit again in the future.
