Two-bedroom holiday home. Very nice, renovated bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. WiFi, cable TV, air conditioning. Impeccable cleanliness. Car required. Excellent starting point for visiting tourist attractions in the area. The town center is 7 minutes away, and the SS16 highway is 3 minutes away. The owner is polite and helpful.

The doors creaked a little, the hinges need to be tightened.

Great place to stay in Apulia with private parking. Apartment was clean and nice for 4 people with 2 separate rooms and living room.

No internet, but as we spent more time outside it was no issue at all.

The house is well outside Polignano / Monopoli , isolated in an industrial / residential area. Tricky getting there the first time. It’s about halfway between Polignano and Monopoli. Nothing to do around the house, no shops or markets, nowhere to walk to. Have to shop in town and drive to do anything. Apartment itself was fine, clean, comfortable, although the WiFi wasn’t working.

Very friendly owner. Very pleasant house.for 4. Comfi and very clean. Well Appointed. Nice surroundings a track and olive groves , lovely terrace nicely illuminated at night lovely house cat Maya visiting us. Very good location away from it all and nice to come back to in the evening after exploring the region. We stayed 13 nights. Would definitely go back.

I was surprised/disappointed by the traffic noise from a nearby bypass. There was not enough crockery. You had to wash up constantly or even worse put an half empty dishwasher on. So not ecological. Although the shower worked well and was powerful it was separated from the toilet only by a curtain. So not convenient. The owner said this will be improved next summer

Everything was perfect. The house is fully equipped. Nice outdoor space. The car is necessary, but it is very near to the center of Polignano a mare and Monopoli. That wasn’t the problem for us, because we planned to drive to different locations in the area to explore.

super sweet little house, perfect for Polignano and Monopoli both are just 3/4 mins away, the house was very quiet with no noise from the freeway, we loved sitting outside for dinner and found the kitchen well equipped, the owner was very sweet. although it is only a few minutes away you do need a car to stay at this property as the crossing is a freeway so not walkable.
