I proprietari hanno fatto veramente un ottimo lavoro concedendomi all arrivo un parcheggio comodissimo e la.struttura era alla portata di tutto! 2 Min a piedi e ti ritrovavi all interno del centro storico! Davvero comodo

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro ed i sassi. Una volta parcheggiata l'auto si può evitare di itilizzarla per tutto il soggiorno. Unico ambiente con due divani letto (comodi) e cucina attrezzata di tutto, macchina per caffè con capsule incluse.. Bagno non grandissimo ma altrettanto completo. Monolocale , in generale, in ottimo stato e ben tenuto, pulito e verniciato di fresco(o almeno così sembrava) Riscaldamento ok, presente stufa e condizionatore , entrambi molto efficaci. L'host molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche temuto il posto per l'auto. Sicuramente da riutilizzare per eventuali prossimi soggiorni a matera.

La posizione, la signora gentilissima e la pulizia

La stanza era uno stanzone unico, cucina e divano letto!! Il divano letto non era particolarmente comodo! La colazione era tutta confezionata, merendine incartate , niente salato... Io sono diabetica.... Capisco che non c'erano gli spazi x fare una colazione mista, ma una convenzione con un locale sarebbe stata una buona idea! Comunque per una notte di passaggio va bene
