Persona molto gentile e disponibile

Di fatto è un ex negozio e non una casa. Non ci sono finestre, neppure in bagno. La porta in realtà è una vetrina di negozio. È bordo strada. Non ci sono tende e i lampioni illuminano a giorno dentro quindi non si riesce a dormire dalla luce. In bagno il boiler di notte continua caricarsi. La cucina è sprovvista di tutto abbiamo dovuto chiedere anche un pentolino per bollire il latte; che ci e' stato portato subito. Asciugamani 4 grandi, ne abbiamo dovuti chiedere altri, portati subito. Non consiglio per chi fa mare perché non c'è spazio per stendere e fare asciugare le cose.

L'appartamento è incredibile bella e spaziosa! Ce tutto servizi necessari disponibili, il posto è comodo si trova appena 10 Min dalle terme segestane, e 15 Min al mare Castellammare del golfo.. vicino il supermercato o farmacie panificio.. ce tutto .. non c'è da chiedere di più.. Anche il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile Da consigliare fortemente

Praticamente nulla

Struttura sporca, malridotta, trasandata. Lavatrice presente come da offerta, ma non funzionante oltre che fatiscente. Fonti luminose dalla strada che non erano oscurabili non permettendo di dormire oltre l’alba.

Modern, spacious apartment that appears to have been converted from a shop. Comfortable bed, excellent wifi. Quiet considering the front door opens onto the street. High ceilings so I thought the apartment would be difficult to keep warm but the air conditioner/heater worked perfectly. Oven, hob, refrigerator, washing machine (which I did not use but appears as if it has seen better days). Coffee machine with coffee pods annd complimentary juices in the refrigerator. Owner met me within 5 minutes of arrival to handover keys. Contactless checkout. Able to find free on street parking about 5 minutes walk up the road.

As per previous reviews, there is a door with a window above it in the bedroom, which presumably leads to an ally to the side. Light shines through this window so either a blackout curtain or even boarding over this window would be useful. Also a microwave would make a great addition to the kitchen. There was no tea cloth so after washing up in the morning I had to leave the cups on the drainer to dry.
