Tutto: l'host è gentilissimo e disponibile, la casa è curata e molto comoda, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort possibili. Inoltre è in una posizione strategica per visitare Arezzo e dintorni.

L'unico difetto è che la casa è a ridosso di una strada abbastanza frequentata di giorno, ma ci si convive facilmente.

La struttura è praticamente perfetta...Ampia spaziosa , pulita ma soprattutto dotata di ogni confort... Il proprietario, persona molto disponibile ci ha lasciato anche qualcosa in frigo, e il necessario per fare colazione..

Avrei avuto necessità di fare il check out più tardi ma purtroppo per necessità e altra prenotazione per il giorno successivo non è stato possibile.. Oltre a questo ripeto veramente tutto perfetto
