Minori Palace De Luxe Apartment

Lovely place. Perfect location

Bathroom clogged for 24 hours. Kids couldn’t use the bathroom. Wasn’t fixed for 24 hours. Lucky we had to check out otherwise would have been a disaster. We also had to wait 2 days before being given coffee

A comfortable, modern apartment just a short walk (5 - 10 minutes) from the centre of Minori and the beach. The staff at the hotel, from where the keys are collected, were very helpful.

Reception at the hotel very friendly and welcoming. They sent a man up to the apartment with us, which is a little way from the hotel to show us around and make sure we were familiar with everything. But as soon as we opened the front door to the apartment we all said 'WOW' The décor was very beautiful, spacious, striking, very tastefully done and so comfortable, it couldn't have been better. Every appliance we could have wanted was available. As a group of friends its was lovely to have a spacious kitchen, lounge and dining area to relax together in and our own bathrooms. We loved Minori which is quite unspoilt and really enjoyed our few days there and in the surrounding bays visited by very cheap and efficient ferries, but Minori definitely our favourite. Everyone in the small shops and bars was so friendly and we were sad to be leaving.

The location of the Apartment rather surprised us when we arrived, outside, the communal garden and inside hallway would benefit from a little tidying up and the pathways sweeping occasionally. The only thing missing was a small shelf or holder in the main bathroom to hold the shower gel and shampoo and a toilet roll holder. The window sill in the ensuite bathroom, needs a bit of attention. An English teapot would be nice if you have English visitors booking in. Certainly not complaints, just comments, everything was excellent.

Clean, large space. Location provides handy access to all the major destinations in and around Campania (it’s about a 15 minute walk uphill from the ferry dock) without the crowds, etc. Access to hotel resources (vs asking a landlord) was a plus (e.g. fresh beach towels). Hotel staff was very friendly. Any needs we had were almost always addressed promptly.

Looks a little worn down, but is functional. No laundry on site at apartment but hotel can do your laundry ($). I’m not sure it is intended for extended stays, but provides a larger space for 2 couples. (We stayed for 3 weeks, and managed nicely.)

The size of the apartment was excellent. It needs some maintenance and was not very clean. Too bad as it would be 5 stars all day long if they sorted the cleanliness out and fixed a few things.

Cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness. Couches etc were very dirty, floors, shelves. Such a nice apartment with Amazing lighting etc. Please clean and maintain this. Staff was super friendly and accommodating as well!

Great apartment, everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Some minor maintenance issues, but quickly resolved by the staff.

The apartment was lovely, I couldn't fault it all. it was sometimes a little noisy with other residence living above the apartment and the odd nights neighbours dogs barking during the night. Apartment from that everything was great.

It was clean and good location about 10 minute walk from centre. Comfortable for a family 2 Adults & 3 Children.

Few things didn't work like the air con, but were quickly fixed by the staff.
