Appeared clean and modern

The condo smelled of mold and sewage. The owner tried to cover up the smell with febreeze as we entered, but after it wore off, it was evident there was a bigger issue. Upon further inspection, there was mold around door casings and growing on paper blinds. There were drain flies everywhere. We must have smashed 20 between the 3 of us. We left ac on as we left to help combat the dampness and smell, and the owner entered the dwelling to turn it off while we were not present, and thennnnn hung our towels outside. Upon telling him we were leaving due to the facilities and lack of privacy, not to mention the filthy, run down, sketchy area, he proceeded to try to blame our 2 damp drying towels we had used to shower, for the smelll........ we had to cut our trip short 3 days and find new accommodations. The owner would only approve refund for nights we did not stay, Despite an unsatisfactory, unlivable, unhealthy and dangerous accommodations that was provided.
