Příjemné bydlení v centru na nejživější ulici Palerma, apartmán měl ona do klidné boční uličky. Všude to bylo kousek. Apartmán byl plně vybavený vším potřebným. Možnost využití pračky i žehličky.

The location is absolutely the best, you really can’t stay in a better spot in Palermo. Everything is close by: Quattro Canti, the best bars just around the corner, Vucciria Market, the marina, and the train station is only a 10-minute walk. The apartment itself is lovely and has everything you might need. The kitchen is fully equipped (I didn’t use it, but my flatmates did and it was perfect). The Blue Room has a balcony overlooking Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the liveliest streets in the city, but the windows provide great noise isolation so the room stays quiet and comfortable. I was welcomed by Costanza’s daughter, who lives nearby and is always available if you need anything. She is very kind and helpful, which made the stay even better. I highly recommend Casa di Cocò for anyone visiting Palermo: you get charm, comfort, and the best location in the city.

Beautiful appartment in the perfect location!

I had a wonderful experience staying in these apartments. Check-in was quick and easy, and I was especially pleased with the compliment from the host in the form of snacks waiting for me in the room. The room and bathroom are very clean, excellent soundproofing, Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked very well. The kitchen had everything to cook dinner. I would also like to note the location of the apartment - in the very center of the city's cultural and nightlife, but in a very safe place. I recommend these apartments if you are staying in Palermo.

A great newly renovated apartment, it’s spacious room, clean, good airconditioning, the host Costanza is very kind and we had good communication, although the apartment is on a busy street it was very quiet. Big plus is the elevator!

Fantastic place - the blue room was huge and airy with a great view. Outside was the absolute best location in the city. I had to work while traveling and the room was wonderful to work in, then at night I stepped out into a bustling nightlife with so many options for dining.

Central location, cleanliness,quietness, kitchen equipment, bed linen were all wonderful
