The location Is pretty cool and the garden of the house is very nice.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. We had booked the apartment for 3 nights, on the second day, we arrived at home in the evening after dinner and the toilet (the only one there is) was infested with larvae and bugs. Hundreds of them. I quickly let Corrado know but he only said he was sorry and could check the next morning. I shared pictures and videos and mentioned that I had to clean the place 3-4 times before going to sleep upstairs at 1am with still the toilet that was continuously getting infested with those wood larvae. The next morning I went to the toilet and the situation was even worse. We decided to leave the apartment and ask for reimbursement. We didn't get it. Corrado proposed to reimburse only one night. I asked for full reimbursement because I should be supposed to clean up the bugs from the wood infestation in a rental apartment. He didn't agree, proposed 50% reimbursement which again I didn't accept because I really don't find it correct from a host to expect people to clear their places infested with larvae and not even propose to come and fix the problem the same evening. The place is lovely and the garden is amazing (from what I could see in less than 24h) but I would risk it for a host that doesn't care about you living in it. Go somewhere else. At least you can really enjoy your holiday and the natural reserve that is stunning.

We appreciated closeness to the beach Calamosche, great olive garden, solitude of the house, nice equipment.

Mosquitos made it a bit challenging. but ownrrs provided with all nevessary

The location is very nice, and the property around the house is very large. Corrado is a great host, that was helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.
