Porta Sugli Ulivi

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Giuseppe’s property in Puglia. Giuseppe was a welcoming host and it was a pleasure to meet his father Giovanni on checking out. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you might need. We enjoyed the small peaceful garden and views of the olive grove. We found it an ideal location as it was quiet being in the countryside but close to towns and villages to explore the beautiful region. Giuseppe provided helpful information beforehand about car parking and restaurants. We were very sad to leave but hope to return one day. Grazie mille 😊

Guiseppe welcomed us warmly and walked us through the spacious suite. He had generously provided a bottle of water, juice and milk in the fridge and eggs from his own chickens. He had also left a welcome basket of local biscuits, crackers and pasta (the biscuits were much appreciated for those long days of sightseeing and driving out to Matera and Lecce.) The olive oil was made from the family's olive trees and he let us pick a couple of lemons from the lemon tree. The place was clean and quiet and in the countryside but still only an 11 min drive to Monopoli. We would definitely stay there again!

Nous avons eu un problème avec notre Voiture de location et Giuseppe à pris les choses en main même si ça ne le concernait pas. Il nous a trouvé un mécanicien à Monopoli qui à réglé notre problème. Le type d’hôte que tous les voyageurs recherches.

Rien, tout était parfait.

Le lieu, entouré d'olivier, endroit très calme. La maison est très propre et très fonctionnelle.

Besonders gefallen haben uns die hochwertige Ausstattung, der Schnitt (2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, super geeignet für 2 Paare), der große Balkon mit Blick in die Olivenhaine. Super war, dass an so viele Details gedacht wurde (alles da : Kaffee, Teebeutel, Öl, Balsamico, Toilettenpapier etc). Der Vermieter war super nett und hat neben Babybett und Hochstuhl sogar zusätzliches Baby-Spielzeug gebracht

es ist schade, dass es in der Umgebung keine Fußwege gibt.

Our stay at Porta Sugli Olivi was phenomenal. Giuseppe and his father are FANTASTIC and very friendly hosts. The property is beautiful and has everything you need to stay several days, many details such as bicycles, slippers, bathrobes and a lot of towels; great pillows. Everything is impeccable. We loved the patio and the gardens; we enjoyed having breakfast under the pergola and at night a delight to sit under the stars in that garden. I would return EVERY time I return to Puglia. Thanks to Giuseppe and his father, I congratulate you and rate this property 100 out of 100.

Zeer goed onthaal. Zelfs al een week voor aankomst kregen we al info en praktische tips doorgestuurd. Leuk welkomstpakket. Zeer goed uitgeruste en praktische keuken. Ruime kamers en 2 badkamers voor ons 4. Fietsen aanwezig. Goede locatie om de belangrijkste steden in de omgeving te verkennen.

Kleine tip voor host, waterkoker en ovenschotel kan nuttig zijn.

Appartement tout confort, spacieux, calme et agréable à vivre. Giuseppe et sa femme sont des hôtes attentifs et réactifs aux besoins. Nous avons énormément apprécié d’avoir tout l’équipement nécessaire pour notre bébé et même plus! Je recommande vivement

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans ce logement. Giuseppe, sa femme ainsi que Giovanni sont des hôtes tout simplement formidables : disponibles, réactifs, de très bons conseils, et surtout d’une grande gentillesse. La maison est irréprochable : extrêmement propre, parfaitement entretenue, avec des équipements neufs et d’une grande qualité. Tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails — et même au-delà de ce que l’on peut attendre, car il ne manque absolument rien, c’est encore mieux équipé que chez soi ! Les salles de bain sont particulièrement remarquables, modernes et très confortables. Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres sont un vrai plus, tout comme les nombreuses petites attentions laissées par les hôtes. Le logement est spacieux, calme et très agréable à vivre. L’extérieur permet de profiter pleinement de la tranquillité des lieux, entouré d’oliviers, avec un espace sécurisé et un stationnement dans une cour fermée par un portail, ce qui est très appréciable. En résumé, c’est de loin la meilleure location que nous ayons faite lors de nos voyages. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés, il est encore mieux que sur les photos !
