Soggiorno pessimo – Trattamento inaccettabile e totale maleducazione ​Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura basandoci su un servizio per noi fondamentale e chiaramente indicato nell'annuncio: la presenza dell'aria condizionata. Viaggiando con il nostro cane, avevamo l'assoluta necessità di mantenere l'ambiente fresco per la sua salute. ​Purtroppo, una volta arrivati, l'aria condizionata si è rivelata completamente fuori uso. Quando abbiamo contattato la referente della struttura per segnalare il guasto e trovare una soluzione, la risposta è stata a dir poco vergognosa: ci ha detto che il problema "non era affatto affar suo" e, come se non bastasse, ci ha intimato di andarcene. E noi ce ne siamo andati immediatamente per il bene del nostro animale. ​Trovo inaccettabile pagare per servizi non garantiti, ma cacciare degli ospiti anziché risolvere un problema è di una gravità unica. Mancanza totale di professionalità ed empatia. Struttura assolutamente sconsigliata, statene alla larga.

Servizio e struttura accogliente, ci si sente a proprio agio nei confort. Luoghi piacevoli e forniti tutti i servizi utili e di facile accessibilità. Ti offre l'opportunità di staccare dallo stress quotidiano e rigenerati.

Il tempo a disposizione e breve e dal momento che arrivi sul luogo, ti ritrovi già a doverti preparare per il rientro senza renderte conto.

Posizione, qualità dell’appartamento

The location is excellent, right in the center of town and within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment is very spacious, well-maintained, and offers plenty of room for a comfortable stay.

There are a few areas that could be improved to make the stay more enjoyable. Mosquito screens are installed on only one window, while they would be very useful throughout the apartment. In addition, some windows do not have blinds or curtains. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where privacy is limited, and there was also a window without any blackout covering that allowed a significant amount of light into the bedroom, which was quite disturbing, especially in the early morning. The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable. It worked intermittently and seemed to struggle when multiple devices were connected. Since the same router appears to serve several apartments, the internet service was often slow and inconsistent. The bed was also not particularly comfortable, which affected the overall quality of sleep during our stay. Overall, the apartment has many strengths, especially its location and generous size, but a few practical improvements would significantly enhance the guest experience.
