Quiet location, private, beautiful views, caring owner.

There were scorpions in the house and we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the horse flies.

"Excellent location to visit Umbria"

It's dog friendly, Vincenzo was very friendly and helpful. Lots of space and excellent location to visit lots of nearby places.

It's a beautiful house but as others have said it needs a bit of TLC, maintenance & a review of the facilities e.g. iron, ironing board, fixing the oven and perhaps placing mosquito guards on the windows for those who find the insects troubling.
