Licio is a wonderful, friendly host, always willing to help and provide advice. The outside area has a great view down the valley. Although Strada is not a big town, this was a wonderful base to explore Chianti and Florence from. Good restaurants nearby but we also liked the ability to self-cater. Apartment is spacious with a sleeping area and a sitting room.

The apartment is situated atop a hill with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. There is a wonderful panorama view from the pool and spacious place in front of the apartment to sit and enjoy the great view. It was important for us to be able to check in late at night and the landlord kindly provided it.

Great location, easy to find, some food and shopping options at walking distance. Licio is a great host, he provided useful tips for visiting Florence and surroundings and also gave great instructions on how to arrive. His apartment is same as shown on the photos, spacious enough for 4 of us and has a great outdoor area with the pool. Don't hesitate to book this place, it's the perfect choice.

Serene scenery. Nice out doors with private swimming pool, and furniture . Excellent interiors. Fully equipped. A special word of appreciation to mr. Licio. our host. He picked and dropped us in the bus stop. Very friendly and cooperative. I strongly suggest to people visiting Florence to go to this and have nice relaxation.

Needs shower curtain. Was hard to shower with none.

Great place for exploring Firenze an Chianti. Everything was more than perfect: communication with the owner, key exchange, amenities and cleanliness in the apartment, available parking.
