The house is very spacious, equiped with anything you might need, and everything was perfectly clean. The host Giovanna is also helpful and kind. We could even borrow towels and an umbrella for the beach and wash our clothes here - great facilities!

Good location just outside the "centre" which is a short walk. Some restaurants nearby for typical sandwiches or pizza, also a bread bakery almost right across the street. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with plenty of storage. Nice to be able to use a washing machine as well. Good kitchen for cooking and we were provided with some fresh fruits and a nice bottle of wine! We had a very friendly greeting and shown all the facilities. We were then brought to a secure parking lot close to the apartment and driven back. Upon leaving we were also driven to the lot to get the car! Super nice and friendly! Overal a great experience! (We used Google translate for our lack of Italian and it worked well)

Only slightly enclosed feeling in the back of the apartment because of the small windows but you get used to it and it was fine.

The apartment is located close to the center of Palermo. It was clean and very well equipped with all the necessary amenities and more. Giovanna was most accommodating, she explained everything about the apartment and also have us useful info on how to get around Palermo. Would recommend 100%.

Only downfall is the parking, which you have to pay for, 15 euros per day and is around 5-10 min walking from the apartment.

We recently stayed at this fantastic accommodation in Palermo and I cannot recommend it enough. The house was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was how conveniently located the house was to all the attractions we wanted to visit - it made getting around a breeze. The host was also exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one. She was always available to answer any questions we had and offer recommendations on things to do in the area. Their hospitality made us feel at home, which was really appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning a trip to Palermo. The combination of a great house, excellent host, and convenient location make it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking to explore the city. Location was good,, you could walk easily to restaurants and stores. I like the layout and the amenities.

The back bathroom has a sulfur smell. I had to keep the back door closed. There was remodeling done next store so it got a little noisy in the morning, earlier than I would have liked it.

The house is tastefully decorated with modern and functional equipment/furniture. You have everything you need, as if you are at home. The host is helpful and nice. I like that there are 2 full bathrooms and the 2 bedrooms are placed in such a way that are further from the busy street. As a person with back problems, the foam memory pillows were perfect for me. The house is close to important turistic objectives and places where you can eat.
