Il sig. Francesco si è mostrato subito molto gentile

Il materasso era durissimo, sembrava di cartone (probabilmente con MOLTI anni alle spalle). La cucina era discreta, ma mancava il gas. Il condizionatore non si poteva utilizzare perché perdeva acqua. La cosa più assurda è che la valutazione non riguarda nemmeno questa casa: il giorno stesso ci è stato detto che non era agibile e siamo stati spostati in un’altra.
