Amazing place to stay – the beach and sea are literally right across the road! The terrace with a beautiful sea view, perfect for relaxing. The apartment is scomfy and has everything you need. The bottle of Prosecco, juice, and beach towels from the owners was such a sweet surprise. And you’ve got to try the coffee, brioche, and croissants at Café Sicilia nearby – so good!

Everything is according description of accommodation on booking. The apartment is nice, clean and well equipped. There is also a large balcony with view to a sea. A beach with small pebbles is directly across the street. The beach is also clean with clean, but slightly cold water. There are showers on the beach that are activated by the chip that we received at the accommodation. There is a few shops near. We were often shopping in Supermercati Decò (https://maps.app.goo.gl/tA84KwdbAajfwXdr5). It's possible to buy fishes and seafood in nearby fish shop (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Y5QovoLdh6McC5cSA). They are open from 8 a.m. On every wednesday, there is a market with fruit, clothes and much more at a Piazza Antonio Stracuzzi.

The town itself is a bit unmaintained except for the main street running along the sea. The beach is good for refreshment and swimming, but for snorkeling i would recommend a beach between Giardini Naxos and Taormina (https://maps.app.goo.gl/eEyLPMwbkAayJ8Ti8). It's possible to get there by train to Taormina-Giardini and then walk direction to Taormina by Via Nazionale. After 350m there is a tunnel under the railroad to the beach.

Beautiful sea view, large terrace, close to restaurants and coffee shops, 5 min to supermarket, large apartment, very nice host.

Nothing much to do in S T di Riva, but a very good base to discover eastern Sicily(not the host'fault).

Great apartment with an amazing view. Very stylish and clean. Great security. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by.
