Sarina House Ocean View

Location, views, olives, Sarina’s smile and helpfulness. We got a nice Xmas gift as well, an apron with olives. There is tea, coffee, sugar,salt, napkins in the kitchen, microeavve oven, oven, fridge and all kinds of utensils, toaster, mixer … wow everythingSo, kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are spacious, the parking place is private. Even there were 2 umbrellas. We travelled as couple but they have evetything if you travel with baby or kids. There is even a laundry. We could rest, we could work a little bit and we prepared italian-hungarian Xmas foods. Eeeenjoyed sooo much! Thank You Sarina!

We loved everything. We drove there, I think without car is quite difficult to be mobile. So come by car or rent one.

Nous sommes venus passer une semaine de vacances en famille avec nos enfants à bas âge. Le logement était beaucoup mieux que sur les photos. La maison est entourée des oliviers et a une vue spectaculaire sur la mer. Sarina et son mari sont de gentillesse incroyable, ils nous ont aidé avec nos bagages, et Sarina a été toujours très rapide à répondre à toutes nos questions par message. Le logement est bien chauffé en hiver et possède tout le nécessaire. Il y avait plein de jouets pour enfants. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir une autre fois, nous avons vraiment passé un superbe séjour.

Vista al mar, BBQ, instalaciones

Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wirklich atemberaubend, die Terrasse und die Wohnung ein Traum, sehr sehr sauber, wunderschön geräumig. Die Deko in der Wohnung ist mir zu viel und zu kitschig gewesen, aber das ist reine Geschmackssache. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett! Der Parkplatz und das ganze Gelände ist gut gesichert(Tor und Schranke)

Ich war mit meiner Mutter dort, die nicht gut zu Fuß ist- daher mussten wir für Ausflüge immer das Auto nutzen- der Fußweg in die Stadt ist zu weit und zu steil. Die Straßen sind ziemlich eng- ich war sehr froh, nur mit einem Kleinwagen unterwegs gewesen zu sein.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec ma petite fille en bas âge. La vue depuis la maison est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Sarina, l’hôte, est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. La maison est très propre, parfaitement équipée et nous avons même trouvé des jouets pour enfants, ce qui a fait le bonheur de ma fille. Sarina est très accueillante, serviable et toujours à l'écoute. Elle nous a recommandé pas mal d'endroits et des restaurants. La localisation est idéale : seulement 5 minutes en voiture de Lavagna et 8 minutes de la gare, pratique pour explorer toute la côte en train. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

The owners of the house are super attentive, caring and kind. The house is located in a beautiful olive grove(far from the noise, about 2 km from the seashore) , with a beautiful view of the sea, in complete silence, very comfortable, clean,kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances, there are beautiful dishes and everything you need for a holidays. There is a well-kept yard with flowers, sun loungers, barbecue, grill, toys for children and a parking lot. My children and I would be happy to come back to Sarina's house for a holiday.

Beh, che dire... Posizione in collina, a 5 min. in auto dal centro di Lavagna e 10 dalla spiaggia più vicina a Cavi. Vista SPETTACOLARE sul golfo del Tigullio. Sarina è una host squisita, sempre attenta e disponibile. L'appartamento all'arrivo era pulitissimo, dotato di tutto (asciugamani, pentole, lenzuola, corredo da bagno...), il giardino molto grande completo di due barbecue, sdraio, tavolo, ombrelloni, calcio balilla, lavanderia il tutto utilizzabile. La sera, poi, la vista è mozzafiato col sole che tramontava proprio davanti a noi dietro la collina di Portofino. Ribadisco, Sarina è stata davvero perfetta in tutto.

Della struttura nulla. Bisogna solo avere fortuna nel trovare parcheggio per la spiaggia. Ma con un po di pazienza si riesce a trovare.
