The apartment is nice, clean and well equipped. Big thanks to the host for his precise information and help throughout our stay. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay and we totally recommend this place!

The neighborhood might seem quite dark at night, but it's safe.

You got everything you need in the apartment, very good location to stay, next to the market and restaurent. Only 1.2 k.m. walking to the train station. Special thank to Fabio ! He is super helpful. Anything you need just let him know, he will be there for you 😄

Beautiful apartments, very clean and spacious. Had pretty much everything I needed. Place is a close distance to the market and the main street.

Downstairs locals were a bit loud, but I guess it’s a part of Italian charm

It was like our little italian home for a few days, we really liked it! Fabio helped us if we had any questions about the city or things to do! He was really kind and he lifted our stay to a next level!

Fabulous location, easy walking to all the major city attractions. Great street market less than 100m from the apartment. A car park facility only a 5 minute walk away.

Stairs a little narrow. Shower access very narrow but okay for us. Would have loved to have a few more options for glasses and cups.

Fabio is an amazing host. Check in time was very flexible as well as check out. Very warm greeting and showing of the apartment and he provides info on what to do, see and where to eat. The apartment is located perfectly for exploring, short walking distances to most sights

The entrance to the shower is a bit narrow. It is a bit draughty in the bedroom because of the window. However, it's not dramatic, but you should make sure you have something extra/warmer to wear in cold temperatures

Fabio is an excellent host! He informed us about Sicily and provided us a very nice program oppurtunities. We heartily recommend it. Location is perfect, everything is near. Fully equipped room.

Very kind and supporting host! Although we arrived early we were able to drop off our baggage im the appartment. He provided us with a list of places and tours to get to know the area. He was always available when we has questions! The flat is a perfect spot to visit Palermo. Most of the places were easily reachable by foot - otherwise there is the Teatro Massimo with a lot of bus lines nearby. We csn only recommend Fabio and his place!
