The location of the apartment, as well as the cleanliness, spaciousness, easy check-in.

The sofa bed was not 100% comfortable, but was not too bad either. One of the bathroom's shower drain was a bit clogged, but we were able to unclog it.

The location was perfect. Less than a minute walk to bus stop, a short leisurely walk to the many squares and the Baptistery. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The hostess had her son meet us and show us the place and she was kind enough to call a taxi for us when we were leaving. The area was safe and the elevator to the apartment was a welcome relief with luggage and after a long day.

The beds were quite firm and we prefer a little less firm (but, that is a personal preference, so not really a negative)

We were met at the apartment by Beatrice. The apartment was in a central location, great shopping and restaurants nearby, the Christmas markets in full swing and it was cosy and warm. We couldn't find a coffee maker, so our hosts purchased a new one and dropped it off that same afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful stay and lovely apartment.

Very little to improve upon. Water pressure sometimes not very strong but that didn't bother us too much. Overall, the apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We stayed 5 nights and had a great time.
