Het huis is modern en proper met veel bomen in de tuin waardoor privacy is gegarandeerd. Airconditioning doet zijn werk.

Nogal prijzig voor een standaard huis voor 6 personen. Aftand tot strand is redelijk ver om te wandelen omwille van de hitte. Aan strand is het moeilijk om een parkeerplaats te vinden.
