"Great property. Tricky location."

Lovely house. Amazing outdoor facilities & great views. Lovely host.

The local roads/access, and general location made it difficult to get around to different places. The funicular ticketing system wasn’t great. All that said, we should have researched all this before booking!

House and the view is magnificent. I'm pretty convinced that the view from terrace, spa and sauna are among the absolute best in the whole world. Pleasant and helpful hosts offered also many advice, assistant with luggage, and very nice sail trip to Lake Como!

No such thing what comes to this house, hosts and location.

"Did I mention the views…"

The house is quaint and comfortable. The location is very peaceful, a pretty garden at the front and stunning views from the rear terrace with sofas, dining table, hot tub and sauna. Sonia was very helpful with everything, thank you for a lovely stay.

Nothing. The hills of Brunate are very steep and challenging, but the views make it worthwhile

"Exceptional"

The location of this property is simply stunning- it is off the beaten track however once you arrive you won't want to leave. Every room had amazing views of the lake and with a sauna and hot tub available, we found staying here was beyond our expectations.
