Lokalizacja. Bardzo uprzejmi właściciele, którzy robią, co mogą.

Parking: należy do kondominium. Jeśli tylko wyjedzie się autem na wycieczkę, to w najlepszym razie pozostaje parking płatny przy plaży, bo nie da się już zaparkować przy mieszkaniu. Ponadto parking strasznie ciasny, trudny dla większych aut niż mini. Ponadto Italia grubo przesadziła z prywatnymi plażami. 60 euro za 2 leżaki to gruba przesada. A jak rodzina jest 4 osobowa, to jednak dużo za drogo. Oczywiście jest plaża publiczna, ale jej wielkość, brud, brak toalet urąga zasadom higieny. Codziennie jeździliśmy na plażę na stronę francuska. Tam można było łatwo zaparkować, plaże publiczne i z ratownikami, prysznicami, toaletami. Woda cudownie czysta.
