Very nice place, super location for traveling around. We wuld visit again for shure.

Property is amazing and has everything you might need during your stay. They really thought of every detail. The pool is wonderful with an amazing view! Place is quiet with only birds making the “noise” and it is in the great location to everything. I would definitely recommend to everyone and return!

The location was amazing. Super very clean place. Very nice housts,everything we asked for -extra tovels etc.was no problem. Very nice because every appartmant has its own terrace.

The Host, Cinzia, could not have been kinder. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen is well equipped. We wanted for nothing. Quiet and peaceful location & yet central to so much ie Sienna, Florence, Sam Giginano.

The villa is located near a little town called Montespertoli - a perfect location to discover the famous sights and towns in Toscana. The beautiful garden and swimming pool area is well maintained with an amazing panorama to the landscape. The house includes a couple of apartments, ours was on the ground floor. Our apartment included a living room with kitchen and dining, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It looked exactly as in the photos, was well cleaned and equipped for longer stay. Before and during our stay, communication via WhatsApp went well with the hosts who lived at the property in a separate building. Private parking was provided with recycle bins. Self check-out was possible and we could leave the tourist tax by cash on the dining table.

There are few things we recommend for improvement and note to future guests: 1. In one of the bathrooms there was no glass around the shower which made us to clean up after each shower time as the water spilled around. 2. In the bedroom with 2 separate beds, the beds were pretty narrow (around 80cm) and had less comfortable mattresses than the main bedroom. It was a bit unpleasant to sleep on them as adults. Probably ok for kids. 3. When we checked in we instantly felt that the apartment was cold. (early April) The host assured us it's set to 21 Celsius with the central thermostat and there is a floor heating. However in the coming days we felt it was much colder than 21 C (we assume the thermostat showed wrong values), our towels didn't dry during the day, the floor never heated up, so we noted it to the owners. Unfortunately it was only solved by the last day - as the hosts sticked to the fact it's set to 21 - which made our stay uncomfortable and left a bitter taste in our mouth. If you come during autumn/winter/spring time, please ensure you bring your own thermometer to show the owners the real temperature so they can action promptly. (or bring your own mobile heater) 4. The couch in the living room can accommodate 2 people only while the apartment has the capacity to host 4 adults. 5. There are no coat hangers at the entrance (could be an easy/cheap fix) and a full lenght mirror could be also uselful.

A pleasant stay for 7 guests. Location view is exceptional. Large rooms with bathrooms. Clean and comfortable. Parking at the premises is a plus. Stefano is a great host. Thank you for everything
